About us

A TEE REX IS BORN (WELL NOT ONE WITH TINY MINIATURE ARMS,lol)

I first fell in love with bodybuilding in 2002 when I saw Arnold Schwarzenegger's commando (1985) [I mean who didn't?]. And then there was Vin Diesel's ; "Chronicles of Riddick (2004)" which kinda inspired me to be a badass (it had so much of an effect on me ,at some point I wanted to get contacts...).
As days went by and I grew older, I got to know people like Lazar Angelov, Frank Medrano, Ulysses Jr and quite a number of them thanks to the internet.

It was seeing these guys that turned whatever bodybuilding spark in me into a raging inferno; I wanted to become a fitness model "...I mean they're human aren't they?"

Now, away from fancy movies and childhood expectations... moving forward, I would learn ( the hard way) that what I wanted to achieve wasn't as easy as I perceived. I gave up many times because it just felt like I wasn't making any progress ( I would later learn that even the people I idolised went through the same at one point in their fitness journey or the other) .

The truth is no one gets to where they they want to be by giving up...so I gave it one more try!. Today I'm not where I want to be but I can proudly say I'm not where I started and I believe if I can achieve this, then you can too.

I love both calisthenics and free weight training. Calisthenics on one hand just keeps baffling me with what anyone can do with their bodies on the ground and off the ground (not necessarily levitating 😂😂😂).

Lifting weights on the other hand defines strength in an inhumane manner...you see guys like Brian Shaw and Eddie Hall who have lifted in excess of 900 pounds off the ground, these guys are more than enough motivation for anyone who wants to go into weight lifting.

I literally want to be that guy who's able to lift himself up with one arm and use his two hands to lift a ton of weight off the ground; doesn't that sound a little impressive?!

It's for this reason, I've gathered a wealth of knowledge of whole body fitness. I'm not a certified trainer (YET).
I know how hard it can be mentally to keep going on when you see little to no results, I've been there (technically I'm not out of it completely) and I want to be able to motivate whoever is going to let me. I'm not looking to become a giant-sized hole in your pocket, lol, fact is I offer the first month free to anyone who shows interest in my services.

I've only ever trained one person, his pictures and social media links below⬇⬇⬇

His name's Michael (we share the same first name) ,you can hit him up on twitter and on Instagram 👍👍👍

I'm trying to build my own fitness family and I would be very pleased if YOU are a part of it. Calisthenics or lifting weights, I'm your go to guy 'cos I believe YOU can achieve whatever dreams you set, you just have to be willing to make a move, get off your *ss and do something.

You're free to send me an email, whether it's requesting information about our services or just a friendly “Hello” , I'll try as much as possible to reply to reply your messages on time 'cos you're special to me...
